Cancellation window
Inform us by telephone or written email at least 24 hours before the appointed time to cancel without cost. Cancellations submitted later may incur the exact cost of specialty supplies already purchased on your behalf, as cited in the estimate.
Rescheduling
You may adjust your service date without penalty. Our team will submit the earliest suitable opening within one business day.
Conditions governing reimbursements
A complete reimbursement is issued if we cancel the appointment, if we cannot fulfill the agreed timber restoration, or if the finished piece departs from the agreed estimate and we are unable to rectify it within a sensible duration.
- A complete refund of any advance booking fee is granted when cancellation is made at least twenty-four hours before a scheduled home visit.
- Where work has already begun in our workshop, any refund is calculated pro-rata deducting labour completed and timber materials already purchased.
- Remote video consultations cancelled with more than twenty-four hours notice are refunded in full.
Initiating a reimbursement request
- Notify us by telephone or written email stating your commission reference number.
- Confirm your preferred bank details for the return transfer.
- Our accounts desk will issue a credit note and process the remittance.
Timeline
Approved refunds are transferred directly to your bank account within five working days.
