How prices are set
The final sum is based on our fixed written quote following examination of the piece in person or via high-resolution photographs. The quote covers all agreed workshop hours, adhesives, finishes, and collection or return transport where specified.
Payment methods
We welcome direct bank transfer upon invoice or cash upon completion of the work. No credit card credentials are ever gathered by this portal.

Invoicing
Invoices are issued digitally or in paper form upon completion of the commission. Payment is due immediately upon the return delivery of the furniture or at the conclusion of an on-site visit.
Deposits and materials
A deposit of twenty-five percent is requested for commissions where total quoted fees exceed five hundred pounds, or where bespoke timber sections must be sourced prior to work.
Late payment
Invoices remaining unpaid past fourteen calendar days from delivery may incur statutory late payment interest of eight percent per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
