Payment is required only after your furniture has been returned and reviewed to your satisfaction. We accept cash upon return or direct bank transfer on invoice.
How does your workshop handle collections and returns?
Our own craft team carries out transit in Greater Manchester using heavy fleece blankets and bespoke securing straps. We agree a two-hour window to suit your household schedule.
What occurs if a joint loosens after restoration?
We provide a thirty-day workmanship guarantee on all structural joinery. Should any repaired joint show instability within thirty days of return, our team collects and rectifies it without charge.
